General Information

These general terms and conditions are designed to govern the contractual relationship between the company Stancom Sarl., whose headquarter is at Chemin du Joran 5, 1055 Froideville, Switzerland (Sarl with CHF 20,000 capital, registered in the commercial register of companies in the Vaud Canton under number CH-550-1043845-9), and the Customer identified below as the user of the simore.com site who is subject to accepting these general terms and conditions.

Any other terms and conditions not referenced by Stancom Sarl are valid only upon a written confirmation. The information contained on this site may be subject to change by Stancom Sarl without notice.

The mere fact of placing an order on the site simore.com involves the acceptance of the general terms and conditions.

Products

Price & Order

The prices listed on the site simore.com are in Euros, US Dollars or Swiss Francs, postage not included and are exclusive of taxes for all countries, except for Switzerland where the price already includes 8% tax.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Price (amount) is payable in cash as detailed in "Payment and Billing".
The prices are those applied at the time of order.
The customer wishing to order should first be identified.
A form is available online which includes the necessary information to identify the customer and should include the full name, telephone number, postal and electronic address as well as billing and delivery address.
When the customer has chosen the products, a final confirmation of the order is made when payment has been done and the Terms and Conditions have been approved.
From that moment, the order is registered, and an order number is communicated to the customer by email.
The data recorded by Stancom Sarl constitutes the proof and the nature of the purchase (content and date of the order).
No order cancellation will be accepted without the prior agreement of Stancom Sarl.

Mode of payment and billing

The goods must be paid in advance and in cash or by credit card.
Stancom Sarl reserves the right to request a proof of identity and / or a proof of address from the Customer in the event that the sums involved would be important.

By credit card Visa and MasterCard (Euros, US Dollars and Swiss Francs) and American Express (Swiss Francs) : validation of the order by credit card is mandated to pay the price of the order.
With SSL, the client can safely transmit credit card details (type, number, expiry date, the name of the card holder (name as is on the credit card) and the cryptogram which can be found in the back of the card.
When paying by credit card, we may have to call the customer to require the following documents - identity card - a copy of both sides of the credit card with at least the first 4 digits and the last 2 as well as the full name visible - alternatively Stancom Sarl could require a recent telephone, gas or electricity bill.
These measures may seem excessive but given the high number of credit card frauds on the Internet, it is of upmost importance that this information is checked.
It is for your security after all.

By bank transfer in Euros to the account of Stancom Sarl: the order confirmation will be made upon receipt of the amount on the bank account of Stancom Sarl.
For all payments by Bank Transfer, banking details and the summary of the order will be communicated to the customer by email.
It is understood that for any settlement of an order by Bank Transfer, the transaction costs are borne by the customer.

By slip in Swiss Franc only valid for Switzerland: the order confirmation will be made upon receipt of the amount in the bank account of Stancom Sarl.
For all slip payments, bank details, summary of the order and the amount to be paid in Swiss francs will be communicated to the customer by email.
The amount in Swiss Francs is equal to the amount in Euro including the interbank exchange rate Euro / Swiss Franc of the days of the order, plus or minus an average of 2%.

A detailed invoice will be attached and sent to the customer when sending the goods.

Mode of delivery, period and conditions of export

Delivery is at the specified address registered by the customer during the order process.
Delivery is made by the Swiss Post Priority Mail with tracking number and signature at reception.
The shipment to the customer will be notified by email.
The dispatch order notified by e-mail to the client, which was not received within 10 days (working days) following the order, must be reported to Stancom Sarl via mail.
If the buyer wants to use another method of delivery, additional costs will be paid by he customer.
We do our best to ship out your order as fast as possible in Postal Priority or Express, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Occasionally, conditions beyond our control may delay your delivery, such as bad weather, customs inspection or insufficient delivery information.
STANCOM Sarl can not be responsable for any delivery delay.
The customer is responsible for controlling the goods upon receipt and before use.
If the goods do not comply with the order, this must be reported within 5 days after receiving the goods.
The goods must remain in their original packaging and unused.
Any transport damage must be reported within five days directly to the carrier.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, the taxes (VAT, customs and other taxes) that may be additionally requested, are not included in the price listed on the site.
Prices shown on the site should be considered as price not including taxes (except for Switzerland) where the goods are for export.
No claim and no items return on this issue will be accepted.
If the recipient has not taken delivery of the items, or if he has refused the package, or if he has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and the package is returned by post to Stancom sarl, shipping fees will be charged to the client for a second delivery and no refund will be accepted.

Warranty and After-Sales Service

Simore products have a standard warranty period of 1 year. The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
Stancom Sarl provides no limited warranty unless the Simore product was bought from an authorized Stancom Sarl distributor or reseller.
No service warranty is provided unless the product is returned to an authorized return centre in the region where the product was originally shipped by Stancom Sarl.
If your Simore product was purchased as a component integrated into a system from a system manufacturer, no limited warranty is provided by Stancom Sarl.
In this case, please go directly to the place of purchase, dealer, or the system manufacturer to obtain a warranty service.

Return

Contract for the purchase of Items between the customer and Stancom SARL is governed by Swiss law and sales are without return.
Items can be returned only if the product is defective.
The customer can ask Stancom 5 days after the delivery for a return authorization number.
It is impossible to return a product directly to Stancom Sarl without having previously contacted Stancom Sarl in order to register your claim and be provided with a reference number.
If Stancom Sarl determines that the product is defective, an authorization to return the items will be communicated to the customer as well as instructions on how to return the product.
Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and guaranteed to the address on the "return of goods" form and in an approved shipping container.
You will be responsible for the risks related to shipment and the cost of returning the Item to us.
It is recommended to keep the box and original packaging for storage and shipment of product.

Any unauthorized return, for which no authorization to return items has been provided by Stancom Sarl, will be refused.

Exchange

Only defective products can be replaced or exchanged against a same product category.
If an exchange is accepted, the return of any items will be at client's cost.
If Stancom Sarl accepts an exchange, it does not give right to any legal claim.

Refunds

Stancom Sarl does not accept refund after the shipment of an order.

Limited warranty

Under the limited warranty of Stancom Sarl, subject to the limitations below, all our products are free from defects whether in the materials or workmanship and conform with the norms of Stancom Sarl This is applicable for all our product.

Limitation of remedies

For any defective product, the remedy is limited to the exchange or replacement of the defective product.
Stancom Sarl is free to choose the compensation or a combination of compensation to be provided.
Stancom Sarl will be permitted a reasonable period of time, when it has determined that a product is defective, to repair or replace the said product.
The Stancom Sarl warranty is replaced during a period equivalent to the balance of the term of the guarantee of origin.
No damages direct or indirect can be claimed to Stancom Sarl.
Stancom Sarl is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage occurring during the installation.
This includes loss of data, the cost of recovering lost data, the cost of installing or uninstalling any product, as well as inspections, tests or redefinitions due a defect, or any repair or replacement of a product resulting from a failure of from any product.

Limitation of the "Automatic & Manual Swap" function

In some mobile phones, the software requires a manual validation (to allow SIM action) or a restart (re-boot) every time you swap your SIM card.

Your use of the Product

Stancom Sarl shall have no liability for any products returned if Stancom Sarl determines that:
- these products were stolen from Stancom Sarl.
- the stated defect is not present or can not reasonably be fixed because of the damage occurred while the product was in the possession of a third person other than Stancom Sarl or is attributable to misuse, improper installation, alteration (including removal or erasure of the Label) and the opening or removal of the outer box (without the permission obtained by Western Digital or an authorized service centre), accident or abuse when it was in possession of a third person other than Stancom Sarl - that the product has not been sold new.

Other limitations of the guarantee

Warranty does not apply for damages caused by misuse of the products (pins or connectors are damaged, cracked, missing or broken, cracked components on the circuit board, cover battered, deep scratches, components and / or damaged printed circuit, opened products or components).
Batteries have a warranty period of 6 months.

Changes to Terms and litigations

Stancom Sarl reserves the right at all times to alter these conditions.
The buyer agrees to consult the Terms & Conditions for each new order.
In case of dispute, the jurisdiction is limited in Switzerland (canton de Vaud).
